I want to play to mommySo we started off our weekend with a bang! Kobe got immunizations on Friday. OUCH! 4 + a finger prick, poor guy. I would even cry if I had to get that many. Well I have never had either of my kids get fevers or sick from them, but of course this time I did. Poor Lil Kobe had a fever and just wanted to be cuddled all weekend, and no I am not complaining, but I sure felt bad. Then we were at insta-care on Sunday with Kalea Puking on the floor and being treated for a bladder infection. AHHHH!
Then It has to pour on Monday! Could this get any better? I had many kids anticipating going to Lagoon, but those plans were destroyed! So our whole family decided to see the new Narnia movie. Ask me if it was good. I don't know! I was dealing with an overly tired baby that wanted to be home in his crib no matter what. So we went for a ride in the truck while everyone enjoyed the movie. :( We then went to El Matador (I love that place) and that was the highlight of the weekend.
So I guess I did have a good weekend, because I was with the ones I love, but I did not enjoy the events that surrounded us. From the other blogs I have read so far it sounds like you all had a great weekend, maybe next time I will have to come with you! :)

Oh sad...this makes me laugh. Seriosly could it get any worse for you. The weather was so irritating, made for a miserable day. We missed you at Grandpa's there weren't very many of us there. It does sound like you made the most of it though...I know the feeling of missing the whole movie cause of a fussy baby. Carson is finally at the age where he will sit through. You are so cute, sorry your weekend didn't go so well!
I hate having sick kids! That sucks your weekend was ruined! We didn't even have a holiday weekend...they don't celebrate Memorial Day up here. So Monday was business as usual for us...school and all!
BUT on the plus side...You didn't have to go to work on Monday...right? That's always a bonus! Think positive!!! LOL
I am sorry it rained on your fun day! We went on Saturday and it was such a nice day. We missed you on Monday, Hallie asked where you guys were.
Oh I am so sorry about your weekend. I hate it when my plans get all ruined, I can sympathize for you. Poor kids both of them sick, it sounds like me and you have had a lot in common these last few days. The fun of being a mother I guess.
Oh that is awful. I won't take Brevin's too movies yet. you are brave. Next year just come to grandpa's it was nice. Nothing is worse then shots. Brev gets like that after too. Poor baby its so sad.

Your poor kids! Are they doing any better? Sorry that you missed Narnia. I haven't seen it yet either.
