Lakers, HERE WE COME!

YAY! YAY! YAY!

THEY WON!

What a night! Me and Casey went to the playoff game tonight against the Houston Rockets. They slaughtered them to win the series and continue on with their journey for the NBA Title.

I really enjoy watching the Jazz play. It is our dream when the kids are out of the house to have lower bowl season tickets. Our favorite past time is watching sports together, so we love when we are able to send the kids to grandma and grandpa's and enjoy a sporting event.

This was the only picture I was able to get of the both of us, Casey is a little camera shy.

We will now move on to the second round to play the LA Lakers. This will be a big challenge, but fun to watch. We hope we will be able to get tickets to those games too, but they will be hard to get. So wish us luck! And

FINALLY!

We finally got a nice weather spell a couple of weeks ago, so we took full advantage and went to the park with my nephew and my mom. We have a few small parks in the neighborhood and one big one, of course the big one is further but hey why not go there? It's a beautiful day right? We loaded everyone up in the wagon and on their bikes and took a stroll to the park. We packed a picnic and had a fun day. Kobe has not had to deal with foreign soil to much since last summer he was only a few months old. He has been to the park a couple of times but with shoes on. So how did he do you ask? Amazingly well, which surprised me because I had him out riding his 4-wheeler on the grass the day before and he hated it. Well I guess now he is used to it, and is becoming all boy by getting dirty and stuff. Oh great, I am not prepared for this.

{ KIDDO TAG #2}

Kobe Casey Woodyatt

Born: March 29, 2007

7 lbs 14 Oz 21.5 In

Kobe- 1 week old

Alright. Now it is Kobe's turn for the Kiddo tag. This one is a little bit harder since he just barely turned one but we will see what I can come up with. So here are 5 things you may not know about Kobe

1. 
   
   Kobe wanted to take his sweet time to come and meet his family. His due date was March 28th and I was induced on the 29th because he had not yet arrived.


2. 
   
   He loves baths. He would take 10 baths a day if we would let him. Our bath tub is really high and every time you open the door he is runs in there to peek over the tub to see if their is any water in it.


3. 
   
   He loves the water. We live at the pool in the summer so we took him swimming with us every time we went. he was only 2 1/2 months old the first time he got in the pool and he loved it, he would not cry or anything he would just sit their and enjoy it.


4. 
   
   He has an obsession for balloons. Ever since his birthday he has fallen in love with these things. When all the balloons from his birthday finally died we would catch him asking for one. The way he asks is he points to the ceiling and looks up and calls it a Ga. So he would walk around the house doing that. Well that kind of faded away after a week and we went to the store and he saw a balloon and started freaking out and pointing, and saying Ga, Ga, Ga. When I actually payed attention to what he was doing my heart melted, so I bought him a balloon, and a bunch more since. :)


5. 
   
   He loves his sleep. He has slept through the night since 6 weeks. He has been an amazing baby. We will lay him down in his crib and usually without a sound he is out like a light. plus he sleeps 10-12 hrs. On top of that he usually takes 2 naps throughout the day. Sometimes I feel guilty letting him sleep that much but he would do it whether I let him or not. What a sweet little guy he is.

Kalea Bailey Woodyatt

Born: September 25, 2002

8 lbs 2 oz 21.5 in

Kalea and Kobe were tagged for this but we will talk about Kobe on another day.

Here are 5 things you may not know about Kalea.

1. Kalea is an inspiring actress/musical artist. My dad is very involved with music and acting and Kalea has picked up on a lot of stuff from him. She loves to see him perform in plays. My dad performs with the Utah Opera so she attended her first Opera a couple of months ago "Cinderella" It was in another language and she could not understand a word of it, but she absolutely loved it. Her favorite movies are Annie Get Your Gun, Wizard of Oz, and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat all of which are musicals.



2. This has to do with the first one but she will be attending Syracuse Arts Academy in the fall to start Kindergarten. For those of you that don't know what that is, it is a Charter School for K-6 Grade. It revolves around the arts, and she cannot wait to start.



3. As pictured above she is a Cowgirl at heart. Casey's mom lives in Plymouth (Don't know where that is, well it's in BFE.) But anyway, she has 4 horses including a baby that was born last summer. Kalea has her own riding clothes and Saddle (it is so tiny it's so cute) Over the years she has become very good at riding and would love to become a Rodeo Queen someday. (I am not sure about that one)



4. She has become a tumbling fool. She started in gymnastics last fall after she was sick of dance. All day, every day she is tumbling across the house. She is getting very good, but sometimes we just need a break from our house being a gym.



5. She is a little fisherman or fisher woman to be correct. She looks forward to summer to be able to go fishin' with Grandpa Cram. If she finds out that he goes without her she gets so upset. She has become really good at bating her hook and casting her line. She is so proud of herself.

Soccer Saturday

These are pictures from last week. She played really well again, and scored 6 goals.

Thanks to the Kofoed's and the Wood's for coming. Kalea was so excited and nervous all at the same time. She was worried she was not going to play well enough for you. That was so sweet of you guys to come and cheer her on.

Flash Back Friday....Farewell To Bozy

It will be 5 years on April 15th when my best friend Boz passed away. He started having seizures and was getting old so we had to put him to sleep. I remember that day like it was yesterday. Kalea was only 6 months old but was very attached to him, he was very protective of her and would let her do anything to him and he would just lay there. He doesn't look very good in these pictures though because he was sick.He was such a sweet dog, when we were home he would never leave our side. If we got in the shower he would lay outside the door, if we were doing our hair he was laying under our feet, and if we were asleep he was right in our bed. We have had 3 boxers since him currently 2, but it is not the same. I sure do miss you Bozy.
We never clipped his ears so we always called him BAT DOG!
This is a card my cute little nephew Kayson made him when he knew he was sick. He was about 6 or 7 when he wrote this. I tried not to cry in front of him but it was so sweet and innocent I could not help it. It's kind of hard to read but it says Bozy is a cute dog. Bozy is a cool dog. Bozy is a fun dog. Bozy is a fun dog to play with. Love, Kayson

He even picked some dandelions (A kids favorite flower) and taped them to the card. Kayson I will never forget this. I love you.

Soccer STAR

Today was Kalea's first soccer game for the spring and of course I forgot my camera. It was freezing cold this morning and she was not very hyped up to play. (kinda frustrating) They practice for 30 minutes and then they play for 30 minutes. As they began playing she got fired right up and started dominating the game. She is a dang good little soccer player, we are so proud of her. Today she scored 7 goals. Holy cow she played well. In the fall she would score 4-5 goals a game so I think today was a record high. I will get some pics next week to post, but I just wanted everyone to know how proud we are of her.

Flashback Friday....Bear Lake

A few of you have been doing Blast From the Past and Flashback Friday I think it is so cute, so I am going to give it a try.

All I can think about these days is SUMMER! So I am constantly looking back through old summer pictures and dreaming it was here.This was our Cram Family Reunion trip to Bear Lake in August 2006. We went during Raspberry Days and had a ton of fun. I am not much of a camper but when I actually get out and do it, I really enjoy it. (We did stay in cabins though) I will never forget this trip because I realized I was pregnant with Kobe while I was there.

Every time someone gets married in Casey's family his Grandpa Woodyatt and Grandma Grover pay for everyone to get together to eat and to celebrate the new couple. The marriage we were celebrating was his cousin Jeff Woodyatt. They were wed in February. It is always a lot of fun to get together with everyone and enjoy some good food. I am a sucker for their rolls I think I had like 6 of them. Gross! But boy were they good. Kalea was so excited to go because she knows there are girls there whenever we get together. When we pulled up she saw Taylee and went booking it towards her, so she had to sit by her and did not leave her side.
I love this picture because Jill was telling me how much Hallie loves babies and little Brevin wants nothing to do with her. So when Kobe let her hold him she was so excited. He loves all the attention he can get. He's yours anytime you want him Hallie.
